I ended up using three of these for a triple monitor system I was mirroring to another desk on the other side of the office (where I have a treadmill) so I can easily bounce between desks. Seems to work fine. Comes with a fairly cheapy HDMI cable, but I didn't need any fancy HDMI cables and it seemed to work fine.
I did find when I was initially setting it up... that these are powered (which I expected), and require a USB plug-in to charge, but don't come with a brick for it. My surge protector has two USB charging ports, but apparently they share 2.4 amps between them, not 2.4 amps for each one... so I got some screwy results that took a while to troubleshoot until I figured this out. I plugged in the USB's with bricks, and they worked just fine after that. I also picked up an amazonbasics 2.4 amp adapter that gives the full 2.4 amps to each plug (4.8 amps total) and this also works fine and frees up an outlet for me.
