1. CONNECT YOUR SMART DEVICE TO ALEXA

To connect your device, start by enabling the associated Alexa skill. This can be done in the Alexa App, or for select manufacturers in the device app.

2. OPT INTO SMART REORDERS

In the Alexa App, navigate to Devices. Select your smart device and hit "Supply", to opt into smart reordering supplies when you are running low.

3. AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE SUPPLIES

Once you've opted into smart reorders, you will receive Amazon orders when you are running low!

COMMON QUESTIONS

How do smart reorders work?

Alexa will check product levels in your connected devices and automatically reorder more through Amazon.com when you’re running low. You get the same low prices, great selection, and convenient delivery found on Amazon.com.

How will I know when Alexa reorders a product?

You will receive an order confirmation to the email address registered to your Amazon account. You will have 24 hours to review all orders triggered through your device.

What happens if the product is out of stock when my device tries to order?

You will receive an email notifying you that the product is out of stock and we will continue to attempt to place this order for you for 72 hours. You will receive an email to confirm whether the order has been successful or not.

Is there additional fee to sign up for smart reorders?

No. You will only be charged for the product and the associated shipping and/or taxes & fees.

What if the price has increased since my last order?

Each order confirmation will contain price and shipping information for your review. If the price of your order has increased and you wish to modify or cancel your order, you may do so at any time before it is marked as “Shipping Soon”, either by visiting Your Orders on Amazon.com or the Amazon shopping app.

Do I need an Echo device to use this feature?

No, you just need the Alexa App to set up smart reorders.

How do I switch between low supply notifications and smart reorders?

You can select the option that works best for you in the Alexa App by navigating to Devices, choosing your Device, and then selecting Change in the Supply section of your Device Settings.
