These are pretty great, I got two of these and two of the solar pathlights, but am using them on my upper level patio as I have no path or steps to illuminate! They give off plenty of light and seem to be getting enough power from the sun each day to stay charged.

The ability to group them so that one triggers motion and turns all of them on is very useful and triggers reliably for people and does not appear to be triggering unexpectedly for other motion. I first tested a single steplight to see if I needed/wanted the bridge, and the base functionality you get is certainly functional but not configurable enough, so I definitely recommend the bridge which will let you control them in other ways and adjust brightness at very granular levels.

My complaint is that the color temperature was a bit cool for my liking (it's 3500K out of the box) - it would be better if these had two or three steps of warmth that could be selected in the app. I solved this by purchasing some lighting gels and cutting pieces to size, opening up the light, and taping them inside. Now I’ve got the warmer lighting I was looking for and am pretty happy. I’d give 4.5 if I could, but at this price level, an even moderately warmth tunable light would have been nice (or just two variations at two different fixed warmths) and doesn’t seem too terribly unreasonable.

Edit: I've attached photos showing one at 80% brightness with the color temperature adjustment I mentioned above. I'm using them to illuminate a balcony so not exactly the originally intended purpose, but they do a good job.
