First off, I don't have my puppy yet so I may update this in a few weeks. These are my first thoughts upon receiving/setting up the crate.
It went pretty smoothly, the instructions were a little vague, but I got it done in a few minutes and without help. Its a good size (my puppy is expected to hit around 90 lbs full grown so I got the large). The bottom tray is pretty thick, feels sturdy, and I was able to get the divider in. (Toy puppy for visual aide).

That being said, like many other reviewers, my crate arrived with some damages. Not enough to warrant returning, but I will absolutely be keeping a VERY watchful eye on my puppy as he crate trains the first few weeks. I did contact Midwest and will see what, if anything, they have to say.

The issues are as follows: The roof is bent inward which hopefully won't be an issue down the road.
The tray got stuck on the latch in shipping and two pieces broke off the side. One piece got stuck IN the latch and I had to use plyers to get it out. Both pieces were very sharp as are the holes they left behind, but I was able to rotate the tray to the back where he won't have access until he's fully grown. I'm sure by then I'll either have replaced it or bought a bed to go over it.
One of the bars at the back is bent out of shape. Again, using the panel, I'm able to keep him away from that area.
The bottom latch on the front door is also bent and I'll need to use tools to adjust that so I can open/close it easily.

I'm also frustrated that I paid extra for the 2-door version but there's simply no way to use the side door and the divider at the same time because it hooks directly to the sides and the door runs almost the full length of the crate.

Overall it's just OK. Too much hassle to return and given the fact that every pet store in my area has been sold out of large dog crates for months, I'll take what I can get. But if you have time/better supply chain in your area, I'd consider making an in-person purchase.
