I bought 'Asurion extended warranty' for my purchase of Zihnic Bluetooth Head Phones. When there's problem with my Headset I contacted the Asurion customer service in the online chat. First, they informed me that the Manufacturer's Warranty is still valid and hence advised me to contact the manufacturer. But when I tried to contact the manufacturer (Zihnic) there's no contact info available anywhere on the manufacturer site or on Amazon Product page. When I informed the situation to Asurion customer service associate, he promptly settled the claim considering my difficulty to contact the manufacturer for the warranty. He sent the UPS shipping label to my email immediately then and there for returning the defective product. The moment I dropped the package at a UPS store after 2 days, they credited the amount to my Amazon Gift Card account. The 'Asurion customer service associate' was so patient and courteous all through, understanding my frustration due to not being able to contact the manufacturer for the warranty. He has gone above and beyond to settle my claim. Claim settlement process was super fast and clean.
