These are NOT chocolate chips, so don't buy these with that expectation and then give them a bad review because you didn't know what you were buying. Like baking chocolate, they're bitter and unsweetened, and they don't taste like Nestle Tollhouse chips!
I use them for to help with a particular health issue, and they're perfect for that. It seems that the expected nutritional characteristics are there since it really helps my condition.
Also, some reviews say they've been tested for high levels of cadmium; that's the powder, not the nibs, and the cadmium seems to be an industry problem found in many organic and non-organic brands of cocao powder. I would avoid.
