Purchased an office chair, after about 3 months the chair was so uncomfortable and started to lean to once side. I was experiencing back pain from it. I filed a claim and was told to go through the companies website, however their email bounced back and their phone number's voicemail was full. I thought I was going to have to go through hoops, however, I called SquareTrade and explained the product and my attempts to contact the company. They were helpful and friendly and sent the necessary paperwork promptly and I was able to have my claim processed very quickly.
