Asurion sends an email with all sorts of helpful information…except what product it covers! In two years, with a year of coverage left, did we buy this for some earphones, or for some other small electronic gadget? Guys, you need to help people link the protection plan to the product. Unless you intend to help people forget to take advantage of the plan, which is my suspicion.
