I have about 10 of these TP-Link smart switches in my home, and so far they have all worked fine. However, I ordered six of them a few days ago, they arrived and I cannot get even one of them to connect to my home wifi. I've tried for hours, and been in chat twice with TP-Link about it. They have given me a few suggestions, but nothing is working. And I guess I'm not sure I want to go back to chat again, as my aggravation level at this point is quite high. That's what spending hours on something that should take 10 minutes does :-(
I may try a few more things here...but my inclination as of right now is that they are going back to amazon for credit. I'll enjoy the ones I have that work perfectly, and were no trouble to hook up....and just get by with what I have.
