This sugar is soo tasty. It's how I always imagined brown sugar should taste. It has a delicious flavor to it, it doesn't taste like plain sugar. Any baked good I use this in automatically tastes 10x better. For the people complaining about the clumping, it easily breaks apart with a spoon or fork, even easier than regular sugar and brown sugar in fact. I have used it to make granola (AMAZING), banana bread, yellow cake, waffles, muffins, roasted nuts, & chocolate chip cookies. Just replaced the white sugar. Omg, Amazing. Waffles are suddenly bursting with flavor, even without syrup.
