I contacted Amazon on March 11th. 2022 about the wireless headphone I purchased. They informed me that the warranty was still on. I did not have the contact information for Asurion. Amazon put me in contact with Asurion. They were immensely helpful. After taking my information and asking me about the problem concerning the headphones, they immediately told me they would be replaced. They e-mailed me a shipping label to return the damaged headphones. It was completely stress free from start to finish. The replacement headphones arrived on March 19, 2022. This was a full two days prior to the expected date. It is great to know that some companies still stand behind their products.
