The mouse works great when it's working. Great size, profile, responsive.... BUT, This mouse will randomly stop working or transmitting while using it. Sometimes several times a day, sometimes once a week. The red light still lights up, but it doesn't move my cursor. Get this!... at some point, I got super frustrated (about the 10th time), and slammed the mouse on the table. It started working instantly. Now, anytime it quits, I slam it down, and it works again.

Yes I keep it charged.
Yes, turning it off and back on will usually get it to start working again.
Connected to a 2019 Macbook Pro 13" with touchbar via Bluetooth.
I love everything about it other than the disconnecting part. Maybe I got a bad one?
