Worse company ever, you can not call them, the only way you can get a hold of them is through email. I got protection for some wireless headphones, the casing of the headphones broke. I didn't drop them at all the plastic just came off, I started the process to get them fixed. They just replied to all my communication with them stating that it was a cosmetic issue and therefore they would not help me. Remember, you can't explain anything to them, you can't send pictures of the problem, the only thing you can do is provide them with proof of purchase of their protection plan and the product you bought it for. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IS A SCAM.
