I am still learning to cook - and I used this in a recipe that I modified which made the result too dry. But - this cornmeal is so tasty that I found I could crumble it and gently pan cook it and it tasted wonderful - probably better than if I had actually followed the original recipe (which was a difficult one because it also involved a new cast iron pan of little iconic corn pieces).
