Our 3 year old got this for Christmas. She loves to climb and loves it. It took about 2 hours to put together. Not the easiest and I’m pretty handy. Do yourself a favor and pour a drink before attempting. Use a flathead screwdriver to press down the buttons and save your fingertips. I also had the brilliant idea of putting this together next to the tree (for the “wow” factor) and then partially disassembling to move downstairs to our basement play room. 10/10 do not recommend this. It’s a PITA to take apart. That said, don’t waste your time with the “tool” provided...worthless. Use a hex key/allen wrench to punch in the buttons. This will dislodge the metal piece inside the connectors but is the easiest way to get this thing apart. To put the metal connecters back in place, hold one end in with your finger (the flat end) and shove the other end (hooked end) back to its hole with a flathead screwdriver. Once we discovered this method it took 15 minutes to partially disassemble after HOURS of trying other ways. Worth it for the fun and price so long as you have some tips for assembly/disassembly.
