When it says takes 2 people to put together, this is important to note! At some points of the install, you need to hold 4-5 poles together and thread a screw and nut on to them. It is important to have the extra hand. Also, the instructions are not very well put together so you need the extra brain to figure out the next step. Lastly, when all put together, the tools they come with the setup are certainly not sufficient to tighten to ensure safety. We use the impact wrench with extended bit to get this done. Very sturdy in the end and happy with the outcome
