One of the things I was looking for was something with high ratio of cheese flavor to salt. The less salty stuff I tried just didn't have the flavor, even using twice as much powder. This is still quite salty, but it's so darn cheesy that you don't have to use a ton.
A lot of the low reviews here are from people who expected a survival food with years of shelf life rather than a cooking ingredient. This is a good puchase if you're NOT looking for something that's mostly preservatives.
