I purchased my original tracker in September 2019 and was very happy with it. Did sync it with the app and liked several of the features: steps, sleep, heart rate monitor and alarm. I also purchased the Asurian protection plan at the time, which was also very reasonable. I did have to put a claim in several weeks ago because the strap broke off on the non-charging end of the band. I was apprehensive about going through the claim process but the person I spoke with was professional and friendly and confirmed my purchase, issued a paid label to return my tracker and then issued me a complete refund, since I had already purchased a new one. The whole process was painless. I highly recommend the tracker (although when new, it is difficult to remove the band to charge) and the protection plan; it's well worth the few dollars extra.
