I purchased these maybe a month ago. Put into service 11-1-19. Today - 11/25/19 - they will no longer hold a charge, and they connect to sync to each other and they will not connect to my devices. I attempted all help from the manual. I attempted reset. They're not working. Shame to not be able to use for even a month. The sound is good and the range is good - but they didn't last even half of the time that I expected.
