We bake a lot. Gluten free baking often requires more baking powder than other types. Even many breads use it. Even if some of this goes out of date, it's still cheaper to buy it bulk. I will sometimes share some of the bucket with family members who cook for me often. It helps them and also ensures one more ingredient is gluten free.
