I got this for my high schooler's Asus ZenBook 14. When I filed a claim for connectivity issues, a cracked screen and a broken cord (teenager again, that's why I got the plan). They replaced the cord and screen. They did nothing about the connectivity issue (defective wireless card). We sent it back while the issue was active. Was told nothing about why it wasn't repairable and sent a link for a replacement product. It was lower quality in every way. Refused that one and was offered a refurbished Lenovo that has been discontinued since 2019. Nobody will answer a phone call to rectify the issue. It has been 2 weeks since we sent it to them. And email replies 2 days later is not time efficient. My child needs this computer for school and computer programming classes.
