I've read that the warranty service is very good. I have never had to use this protection, but I am writing a poor review because I think each warranty that is sent to me should identify the specific item that is covered. I have purchased several of these warranties over the last several years, and I cannot connect any of them with any specific product that I have bought. If I buy two items on one order, and each of them are eligible for a warranty, but I only buy the warranty for one of the items, there's no way to later know which item I bought the warranty for. This can be fixed. I don't know why it hasn't been fixed before now. If they have my email address, the product they are warranting and it's value, then they also have the item number, the order number and other information. Put some identifying information on the warranty that is emailed to me. Thank you.
