I bought this warranty for the Anker Soundbuds Curve Wireless Headphones (IPX7). When i first tried to sign in to manage this warranty, there is no associated account. You have to enter in the product details every single time, and do not have access to all your warranties in a single location. Keep your order numbers, parts info , etc because this will not track it for you by any means like Square Trade does. I can live without that and document myself, but after I started noticing my headset had microphone issues (constant disconnecting and noise) I tried to file a claim. After filling out all the product info, order information, mailing address, contact info, etc etc. It merely redirects me to the manufacturer warranty phone number.

I bought this for circumstances that could extend beyond the Amazon return window and areas that the manufacturer cannot.

Absolutely terrible insurance to manage, and has provided me zero value of any product I have purchased insurance through TO DATE, and I have bought quite a few, and now my confidence is shaken in this company's ability to fulfill them. Why amazon has switched most of the insurance offerings from Square Trade to this rubbish is beyond me.
