I bought three of these for remote control cars I bought for the grandkids, The cars all broke, but they replaced them all free of charge the first time, but when they broke the second time, I needed to use the accident protection. It was confusing and time consuming to fill out the information, and they haven't gotten back to me and it has been months now! Don't waste your money!
