This is hands down the best baking powder I have ever used! I made a lemon loaf pound cake using a recipe I found online and used the calumet baking powder as the primary rise ingredient. The results was stupendous! Never have I been able to get such a fluffy cake like this before. Yes technique is important and so is using a low protein content flour but still this with the tartaric acid based baking powders I have used in the past I could not get this sort of result. The aluminum based powders rise so much better!
