Got called at 6 a.m. this morning Sunday to once again go over the not sorking set that I want refunded or replaced! My husband could not understand the person on the phone, heavy middle eastern accent! I spoke to them on Friday, they were to call my son back on Saturday that did not happen as they scheduled with him, purchased for him, we share a AMAZON account......wonder how long this takes, will not buy anymore electronics on AMAZON, as I always seem to get it in the end :(
