I found a recipe on the back of Bobs Red Mill Almond flour, for an extremely moist cake with almond flour and coconut flour, so I thought I would give it a try. Cake came out very moist, indeed, but I didn't care for the texture and It did not raise much at all.
I do make gluten free cupcakes and pancakes, which I love and even my friends who try them love them. This didn't happen with using coconut flour. The flour itself is very fresh and I must admit that I have not tried it before in a cake.
