I consider the very most important factor of any insurance company I'm dealing with is honesty. Over two years into my Asurion policy my large and very heavy all-in-one printer went belly up. I contacted Asurion and gave them what I thought happened to it. They sent me the perfect box, great packing material and a return shipping label to their repair facility. In exactly 10 days UPS delivered my printer to my front porch! How's that for service folks?!! I have purchased many Asurion policies through Amazon in the past and hopefully will purchase many more in the future!!
