Great taste, no weird aftertaste. Pricey if you bake a lot.
This stuff is great. I'm trying to limit my refined sugar and carbs. This stuff is Keto friendly and low on the glycemic index so I thought I'd give it a try.

It's really good in my coffee. Just a teaspoon gives my coffee just a hint of sweetness.
It's really good for baking and rubs. I replaced the brown sugar in my rib rub with this and my wife liked the ribs BETTER. I also made banana bread with this as a 1:1 replacement and it is awesome.
Best of all: No weird aftertaste or any chemical taste that your can get with a lot of sugar substitutes.
The real con here is price. If you bake a lot, it could add up.
