I Purchased a 10 foot tree and nine strands of Garland. The strand in the picture where only half the lights are lit was purchased on October 5, 2019. In mid November 2019 I decorated and discovered that half of the garland would not light up on that strand. I missed the return date by about five days and was told my only recourse is to purchase additional lights to try to make the garland light up. I spent almost $2000 and that’s the customer service that I received. Very unhappy will not buy anything else from this company.
