Contacted Asurion for assistance with a new Panasonic cordless phone system. Handsets functioned sporadically and after hours of attempted set up I called Asurion which I had purchased along with the phone. Jake was exceptional: patientl, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. And even had a sense of humor. After several fact-finding steps and attempted solutions he determined the unit was defective and clearly explained the return options. Best service ever; highly recommended.
