They didn't have rating categories where this failed, but here are the problems I faced:
1. INCORRECT CONCERN: The device sometimes had pairing problems I could not resolve.
EDIT! I found the pairing problem was because they were paired to another device. I changed from 2 to 3 stars.
2. If the device pairing disconnected, you are required to put them in then take them out of the charger-box to turn them back on to make them ready for pairing...very annoying forcing you to carry the box everywhere instead of a simple button/switch.
3. Buds do not fit back in case with anything but the smallest rubber ear adapter/sleeves.
4. Final straw, the cover came off exposing the circuitry

Unfortunately, I can no longer return them.
