One end of each tray was broken, probably because it was shipped in a bag instead of a box with the clear pillow like things. I still gave these GF Honey Grahams a 5 rating because I was making crusts from them so I was going to break them anyway. I crushed them in my blender and there was 1 3/4 cup like the crust recipe called for. If you need them whole you will be in trouble but if you are making a crust you will be happy you bought them. They are expensive but so is everything else that is gluten free.
