I made some chipotle-garlic mayo, (aioli), not shown.. pickled eggs, cucumber salad, and reserved the extra as herbal vinegar... So far I love it… some mother poured out, into the spice bath, from the container.. so I had to scoop it out and put it back in the jug..
I was surprised to see so much of it too… the clump in the kettle, was only a portion of what was in the five liter jug…
It reacts very fast, to any spice and herb inputs and turned to a reddish color, but was initially the color of Chardonnay…
