I tried these thinking they’d be healthier in every way, compared to their competitor. I love the flavor, the absence of soybean oil and relatively low sugar content compared to Wheat Thins (which I find to be sickeningly sweet.) However they actually contain less fiber (only 3g currently). In fact, instead of whole wheat flour (which Wheat Thins have as the main ingredient) they contain “unbleached enriched flour” (and some wheat germ thrown in?) This is better than bleached flour but it’s still highly processed and actually very harmful to our bodies. Maybe the wheat germ helps a little besides just making them look healthy but I do hope they start making whole wheat the main ingredient! Until then I need to wean myself off these I’m afraid 😥
