If I could give this items 0 stars I would. I bought an item that unfortunately would not work for my desk set up. I returned the item the next day and of course wanted to return the protection plan if I wasn't keeping the item. It has been complete frustration to return the plan. They want you to mail back through UPS a digital item......yes I'm not kidding and customer service can not figure out why that is not an easy task to do. Do yourself a favor and just buy a new one if the item breaks. THIS IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR TROUBLE!!!!
