I purchased this protection plan for a pair of bluetooth earbuds. When the buds stopped working all I needed to do was go to their website and file a claim. After chatting with a customer service rep for about 4 minutes my claim was approved and they sent a refund for the product purchase price in the form of an Amazon gift card to my account. It couldn't have been easier!
***if you don't have the original email from the protection plan you just need to submit the Amazon order number from the plan for reference.
