I have tried several baking powders, with or without aluminum etc., different brands, but this one is the most reliable one and the easiest to use because in comes in little packets, i.e., premeasured. I live in higher altitude (about 5400')and have never had a problem unlike with other products. Not so far, anyway :-). I bake from scratch, usually do not use any baking soda/powder at all, but for cakes that have heavier fruit on top (buckle cakes)some aid might be necessary, and this is it. Worth the price even with the expensive shipping (that costs more than the b.p. itself). Not sure why local stores do not carry this; it is a pretty common brand. Overall, very happy with the baking powder!

Horrible value for the price!

I was disappointed that I had to pay almost $10 for this small amount of baking powder. The picture looked like a box, not a packet! So I thought I was getting six boxes! That would have made the price more palatable.
Talk about price gouging. I am really miffed and will never ever buy from this source again.

I honestly did not check the quantity of the product as I was buying it. However, I received it and realized the amount is so little. I bought another pack of baking powder in the grocery store for 5 dollars but it was a much bigger bag.

I like this baking powder for two mainly two reasons: 1). The packages are the exact needed for my cornbread recipe (about 1 Tbs) so no measuring needed. 2). The packages are sealed until needed so perhaps better shelf life than a large container that is thrown away after 6 months of being opened.

The product seems to work as well as any other commercial baking powder.
