Great product, beware of counterfeits & check ingredients before opening

Very good rose flavor. The rose tastes almost identical to my rose jam. Not artificial tasting.

I saw a bunch of reviews that mentioned artificial flavors / colors / etc. If you get a bottle with that, return it or contact Amazon for help if the 3rd party seller won't let you return. This product listing is for all natural ingredients - it specifies in mutliple places there are no artificial colors or ingredients. If you receive a bottle that contains artificial ingredients then it's counterfeit or under the wrong SKU (unlikely because I can't find a Monin Rose Syrup on the manufacturer's website that has artificial ingredients).

Not the real Monin Rose Syrup

I make desserts and wedding cake and been using this brand for the longest time. I usually purchase the Monin rose syrup from my gourmet food importer but I ran out and had to buy immediately but there is a 1 week lead time so I turned to Amazon. It arrived fast but I noticed the syrup is not clear like it normally is. The one I normally use has a very fresh natural rose scent, taste like the rose too. This one has a very faint scent and somewhat artificial and tastes syrupy. I almost thought it was watermelon. I thought maybe they have changed the recipe then I received my order from the importer this week, it is just how I remember it, sweet floral note. I think this one on Amazon is counterfeit. I have included a picture of the 2 for comparison: left from importer (clear liquid) and right from Amazon (opaque and thick). Buy from another source.

Tastes Like Rose

I like this rose syrup a lot, but I'm not nuts about it. I first tasted rose flavor in some Turkish candies we bought and I absolutely loved it. I make home made kombucha and am always looking for different flavorings for it. I tried this rose syrup and it does taste good as a kombucha flavoring, but is a little on the strong side. This syrup is very sweet and would be good in ice cream, cakes and all sorts of other goodies.

1) it’s pink. It is absolutely not what the picture on Amazon looks like. 2) The better stuff is $3.99 at a retailer. Don’t purchase this just because it is a dollar cheaper than torani. Otherwise, this is decent and a solid 4/5 stars

Strong pure rose scent & taste. Sticky pink colored syrup. A little goes a long way with this flavor. I’d recommend 1-2 tablespoons with soda water soda stream 1 liter bottles... mixed well with citrus flavors.
