I have bad candida so I cant make real banana bread; this changed everything. I basically made a zucchini bread using blanched almond flour, and zucchini, I then added this banana extract, some chopped nuts, and wow is all I can say! Oh we used a lot of truvia and stevia to sweeten. It turned out incredible. It was literally the best bread I've made. My wife devoured my banana nut bread muffins like a boss. I then got the strawberry extract and made strawberry muffins, with the same result. I was skeptical but this stuff is not joke. I couldn't tell the difference from real bananas. Here is the recipe below:
2 large eggs
½ cup olive oil or Avocado oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
STEVIA.....or sugar.....or whatever sweetener you like
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
*Blender 30sec

-Add liquid mixture to 1 or 2 cups grated zucchini ( I put 2 medium zucchini in vitamin on low so its chunky, drain juice off)
-3 cups almond flour
-1/2-1 cup chopped almonds or any nut
-Mix ….cook 350F for 60-70minutes

No flavor, all alcohol.

There is not any flavor in this, it seems to be all alcohol. If you try to put enough to taste, the flavor it is awful. Has a terrible after taste. I purchased 3 flavors coconut, strawberry and banana, they are all way over rated. All three have a terrible aftertaste that just stays on the tongue.

This stuff is great! I've been following the Keto way of life for a few years now and bananas are no longer something I can have,... and I missed them.

I add 1/2-1 tsp of this banana extract along with 1/2 tsp of vanilla to my sweet waffle batter, then drizzle sugar free maple syrup over the finished waffles along with a few pecans and I have a nice low carb treat for weekend mornings. Nice banana flavor! I'll be trying low carb banana nut muffins/bread next!

So good!! Taste just like fresh banana! I make keto mug bread with this!! It is the bomb!
Melt 1 Tablespoon Butter in a mug
Add 1 egg
1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream or half and half
1 tablespoon of banana extract
2 tablespoon of brown sugar sub (i use lakanto)
2 tablespoons of superfine almond flour
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1/4 tablespoon baking powder
Microwave 1 min 20 seconds or 1:30 or until firm

I am on Keto and I found a few recipes that called for banana extract and that is what brought me here. Of course, no real bananas are allowed on Keto. But with this extract, they are all possible and taste amazing. I had used another popular brand that I tried prior but the flavor just wasn't there. This one is great and my household LOVES it! I highly recommend this product to... EVERYONE!! To try and explain the flavor... ever have the dessert with the pudding with the Nilla wafers and sliced bananas? THAT is what this tastes like! This stuff is delicious. It's tastes exactly like pure banana and not that fake banana taste. The only thing I wish it included was some kind of dropper or application wand. I had to buy a little eyedropper to use this otherwise it pours way too fast and is too much. I am on a prescription chocolate protein shake right now for weight loss. I add a few drops of this to make it a chocolate banana flavor. It's very delicious. I have not used it for anything else yet but take my word for it if you want pure banana flavour without the aftertaste of fake 🍌 banana, you will love this.

Don't understand why a product such as this is impossible to find in retail stores, even specialty markets. Plenty of imitation banana extract out there, but the real thing has been out of my grasp for a long time. Thrilled to discover this product on Amazon. Large 4 oz glass bottle with screw on top. Smells simply luscious and tastes even better, just as if you'd cut up a fresh banana and added it to your smoothie or baking recipe. Only difference is the extract doesn't have the sweet sugar taste like a real banana does.
A little goes a long way, so less is more until you find the right dose for the amount of liquid or batter being used. I use a large eye dropper instead of pouring directly from bottle to dispense drops in a controlled manner. Makes life much simpler and neater!

This stuff is GREAT. I live in Hawaii and have lots of bananas, found a recipe using 16. I made that into the 3 breads and was very disappointed when the flavor of banana was not there. Surely, with 16, it should be. Otherwise the bread was good. So sI looked this up and bought it, not knowing how much to add, I put in 2 tsps. for the same recipe. I found that on day one of the baking, the taste was almost too strong, but by day two, it was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this, will buy more for myself when I run low, and just wish to remind to give a day for development of the flavor, that it won't come out too strong for yourselves.

I love this extract. Put a few drops in coffee or milk and the scent of banana fills the air. The magical part is that you can't really taste much unless you sweeten the drink, then it explodes with banana flavor. I use sucralose drops as a sweetener.

It has an incredibly pleasant smell and taste, and is concentrated enough to last a long time. I'm on a low calorie diet and this extract paired with sucralose makes me feel like I'm getting a high-calorie treat. Of course, when mixed with calories it becomes even better :)

These are very high quality extracts. I purchased two flavors: Maple and Banana. As soon as I opened the bottles OMG the smell of each one was delicious, very realistic, made my taste buds wake up!

This was my first time purchasing a banana flavored extract, so I was nervous that the flavor might be artificial or candy-like, but thankfully the flavor is very natural tasting.

I frequently use maple extract (mostly real, but ocassionally artificial is the real extract is put of stock) but this brand is by far the best tasting maple extract I've ever used, I'm SO happy that I decided to buy this!
