Love these color changing bulbs! So soothing!

We have a total of 10 of these amazing LED color changing light bulbs throughout our home. We love the smooth colorful setting as well as the white dim able setting when we need more light vs mood enhancing comfort color changing lighting. They look great in regular lamps as well as enhancing the beautiful infinity puzzle lamps! Love love love!

Using this bulb in a small, dark room, the default "white" is very bright, but all of the other colors are very dim and not very impressive. Also take into account that they censor reviews here, I don't know why anything I said in this review would get marked by their "sensitivity filter" for any reason other than they didnt like my rating. So I dropped the rating to 1 star for the quality of the item, and the way they handle customer support and how they falsely improve their ratings.

I love these bulbs, I have 4 philips hue lights in the ceiling fixtures but they're so expensive I'm glad I found these. They're easy to work with and you can control both light bulbs with one remote (even if you want each bulb to be a different color) the only thing is they arnt very bright (except for white) and so I wouldn't use them as a main source of light but they're great as accent lights.

I got this light to use it as a little bit of lighting from behind where I sit when watching TV and using my computer. The colors look pretty good, although I wouldn't call it great. I mostly use yellow and white. At full brightness, white will lite up a small room similar to about a 40-watt bulb. Yellow is is similar to an oil lamp's flame in brightness and color.

The only negative comment I can think of is that when I turn it off using the "off" button on the remote, it makes a high-pitched tone. I bought this with a Simple Deluxe 15 Feet Extension Hanging Lantern Pendant Light Lamp Cord Cable E26/E27 Socket (no Bulb Included) On/Off Switch UL Listed (Amazon actually suggested this light with that lamp), so I just switch it on or off using the switch on the lamp to avoid the tone.

Other than that one issue, I don't have any problems with it. The price is a little high for a light bulb, but the RGB and dimming effects make it a good value.

Can you say coolest lightbulb ever?! Literally, too, by the way, since it's LED and won't get hot or melt any light fixtures. Hubby and I got a cool puzzle light (yes off of Amazon) and this lightbulb is the perfect fit for it! Not only does it change to different colors to change the mood of the room, but has different settings too. Love the bright colors (can be dimmed, too). Very functional light -- and it is controlled from a remote! How cool is that?! I absolutely love this bulb!

We received one of these bulbs as part of a 'bundle' with a new Echo dot. While we have used another brand of colored smart bulbs in our home, we were pleased to discover that this brand gave us a better experience. We have since bought more of these.
What we liked:
The setup is really simple and straightforward to connect to Echo/Alexa devices. (We like having that voice control!)
The bulbs are easy to control from the Alexa app; or, from the product app, which is quite easy to use. The product app provides more options than what you can access via Alexa's app. It offers a color wheel that allows you to choose virtually unlimited color options, and you can choose different tones of white (warm, daylight, cool, etc.). The app also has preset scenes and color rotation options. For example, you can set a lamp to automatically rotate through all the colors of the rainbow for a cool experience.
You can dim lights by telling a connected Alexa device to change to a specific percentage ("Alexa, turn light to 20%" - or 50%, 100%, any percentage you want) - or, you can use the dimmer within the app, or within the Alexa app.
If you lose connectivity for any reason, such as a power failure or internet outage, these bulbs have pretty consistently just reconnected automatically once power/internet is restored. There has been only one time we had to turn a lamp off and on again to get it to be rediscovered by the app, and even that was very simple as compared to other smart bulbs. The connection between the bulb and the previous setup we had in place within Alexa was also automatically restored, so, no need to go back through steps to get it to be found there.
Pictures included of our Speakeasy-style movie lounge to show some of the vibrant colors we have played with using these bulbs, and how they really help set different moods in a space.
Worth the price!

I purchased this bulb just for fun, and, to be quite honest, to fill the price quota for free shipping. I thought it would be nice for when I’m reading or listening to music or snuggling with my SO. But I didn’t expect it to be as atmospheric as it is!
I opened the box to find a bulb that was just as polished and professional-looking as the picture on the Amazon page. I thought maybe they had photoshopped it to make it look especially good, but it really was quite nice to look at. I admired it, and its slick remote, for a moment before I went to the darkest room in my house to try it out. Once I unscrewed the existing bulb and replaced it with my new one, it did take me a minute to figure it out, only because it will not turn on just because the lamp is switched on, you do have to hit the “ON” button on the remote as well. This took me, oh, 30 seconds, tops? And once I had it figured out I had a BALL!
The colors are so bright and saturated, and overall rather pleasing! My favorites are the Red, Fushia, and Purple, but all of them are lovely. The bulb itself is dimmable and can be customized to the brightness you desire. There are also four different settings to flip through all the colors. Flash and Strobe flick through the colors without fade, ideal for a party setting or flashy holiday display. Fade and Smooth are a much softer fade through the colors, more suitable for relaxing or setting the mood.
My only criticism is a small one, and it is that it’s not terribly bright. It certainly has enough brightness to add a secondary, atmospheric touch to any room, or create lovely nighttime décor. But even at its brightest setting I would be unlikely to use it as a primary lighting source.
Overall there is just something fun about this bulb. I've been using it for the better part of a month and I quite like it! It adds a touch of creativity to any décor, a dash of fun to any party, and some extra pleasure to the relaxing moments in life. I would buy this bulb again!
