It's the hands down the BEST explosion of white stuff that ever graced your carpet! I sprinkle the baking soda around daintily on my carpet until it looks like a car filled with snow crashed and exploded onto my carpet. I let it sit for an hour (or 10 depending on if I forget that I did it and how ADD I am that day).
Then I vacuum this up with the SECOND BEST white thing that ever graced my carpet - my shark vacuum.
It gets the smell out of everything, including the THIRD BEST explosion of white stuff that has ever graced your carpet!
I've got a dog as well and she sheds like it's her freakin day job. This gets the dog smell right out as if you had just vacuumed your dog right up out of the room. I also throw one in the fridge because I don't need all of my food smelling like regret and forgotten leftovers. Do yourself a favor get some of this baking soda in your life.
Absolutely magical.
