I REALLY wanted to love this product because there was so much for such a great price. I am a professional custom decorated cookie baker and I rely on my flavors to make a living. To my disappointment this extract is really horrible. It is absolutely no comparison to what the small bottles in your regular grocery store tate or sMell like. I am blessed to have a lemon tree, so know what real good lemons taste and smell like. When you smell a good extract, its that same smell, you just want to put it in some ice water with a bit of sugar and slam it down. There is no feeling at all when you smell or taste this. It tastes synthetic, harsh and not even lemony! And it's really weak too. Ugghh! Oh well, back to tiny, exorbitantly priced extracts from the store. One more thing....Amazon reviews are tricky....all flavors of this extract are combined into the one amount of reviews, so you are led to believe what you are buying is loved by whatever the highest rating is, like 79% here I think. Unless you scroll through dozens and dozens of pages to find the flavor you want to get, you are buying something that is a complete unknown and not represented by all those pretty stars. It may be 99 % 1 star reviews and universally hated by all, but u see the amazing review stars and number if reviewers and get misled. Shame on you Amazon. Caveat emptor.
