Opening Pandora's Box

Possibly the most addictive substance man has ever produced. As far as I'm concerned it's impossible to eat just one pouch. However I can tell you from personal experience that eating 10+ bags in one sitting is not easy on your stomach or your general health. These are marketed as 'healthy' for you as you can tell by the front of the box that has many flashy colors that draw the eye and purports to use 'real fruit' and are just chock full of vitamins. A glance at the back of the box however will reveal the two main ingredient as fruit juice and sugar. Many MANY types of sugar. As long as you know these not fruit 'snacks' and instead should be treated as fruit 'candy' then purchase away.

Something changed and they went from great to absolutely awful.

I’m Type 1 diabetic. I have been buying these for years because they (previously) perfectly solve a huge problem for me. When my blood sugar goes low I need to eat something to bring it up, and I tend to want to eat everything in sight - these are something that I will eat, they taste pretty good, they’re individually packaged, and I won’t eat the entire box. They’ve been great over the years.
However I recently got a new box and they’ve changed. Previously each fruit piece tasted different and pretty good! Now they all taste the same and it’s borderline awful. They smell awful, to the point of making me nauseous. They don’t taste as bad but they definitely changed something and I can hardly bring myself to eat them. Welch’s, what did you do? Was this an accident? Unless you change and go back to how they were before, I won’t buy these again, because now they’re downright awful.

I couldn't believe that the minute I put a couple of days in my mouth that I my nose started itching in my eyes started itching and running and I do you stand it I am I would have to say there has to be mold involved because it also made my vision blurry and that is what happens when I'm exposed to mold I'm thoroughly disappointed in this product and I I won't buy Welch's anything anymore

I absolutely love these snacks and not been able to find them locally, so I was thrilled to find them on amazon. I ordered 2 of the boxes. I have opened one of them and had a package. It was too chewy and felt and tasted like they were old. I checked the use by date and it was September 2022. I have not checked the other box but am hoping it won;t be like the first.

Nothing was wrong with product itself but to save boxes I choose the option to have everything sent on one day. I was very disappointed when I saw that it looked like the snack box was broken apart on purpose then dumping the snacks all around the box. Even found them squished under other boxes that were heavy. Not that it changes the taste but it's disappointing to have your product arrive looking tampered with.

The packaging was just about like it was thrown on the ground and the bottom was kinda open and on top of that the package was late anyway so idk why they were throwing it if anything I should be the one mad . But they were good
