Use instead of vanilla for chocolate confections.

In my baking realm I believe that an extract of the same flavor as what you are making (i.e. chocolate, vanilla, cherry, etc.) should be incorporated to enhance the flavor. I never could comprehend the use of vanilla in a chocolate recipe since it didn't do anything to bump it up. I love OliveNations extracts and I have quite a few of them, but I go through the chocolate extract very quickly. Theirs actually tastes like chocolate and not chemicals and really add that chocolate boost to my confections. People always ask me for the recipes and how I do my little tricks with Boxed cakes when I am in a rush to get something made like the one in the photo. They are clueless that it was prepackaged aside from the icing. And it was devoured very quickly. I am trying to teach my husband how to bake and how to learn that what is written isn't in stone when it comes to certain ingredients, mainly extracts. Have fun with them and only buy quality products like OliveNations. I strongly recommend that you try this and any of their other products.
