Bright colors nice variety

I love them!! I make my 2 year old son a little drawing of his favorite characters every night on his easel while he is in the shower with his daddy as well as a small goodnight message. ... well these work great. It comes with Pretty Bright colors. Nice variety. I have not had an issues with staining the board like I've read. I usually just use a baby wipe to clean the easel and it's totally fine - but it's only up less than 24 hrs b4 I erase it so I'm not sureif it would stain if it was left longer maybe?? I like the tips (kind of round) i guess a sharper tip would be nice, but I'm fine with this . Anyway I love them!

STAINS THE DRY ERASE BOARDS!!

These are AWFUL! The red and blue have stained 2 of our boards at the house and my new dry erase magnetic fridge chart. I am extremely upset about it. Will be returning. Too bad my boards are shot and I will be having to buy new ones. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. The first picture is my kids board after scrubbing and trying to clean for 10 minutes, and it is ruined! The second I wanted to see if it did the same to a small part of another board and it stained even after immediately wiping off!! Horrible product.

The markers lasted 2 months...

I ordered these late January and its now early April and I've already had to throw out 3 markers of the 12 pack as they stopped working. I'm a light user, so I'm surprised how they don't last very long. It does work well on black dry glass top boards, but the black marker unfortunately is useless for me so it stays in the pack. When it clears up it leaves a really filmy residue that requires some dusting off. The colors are very bright. If you press too hard a whole lot of ink comes out, so just shake, don't press!

To some people markers are markers and as long as they work you’re happy. If you’re those people, I’m happy for you and go ahead and make the purchase. You’ll be content. If you’re like me and enjoy organization and details, these will get the job done but will probably annoy you while doing so. The markers write with a lot of ink, so the writing looks really heavy and also not the easiest to clean if it has a chance to sit. Also, a lot of the colors are not what you expect. They are very different from the cap which is annoying. But again, just depends how much thought you’ll put into the markers.

So these look really good, but we thought they are just ok. The colors are very vibrant, that’s my favorite aspect, but they smear quite a bit when erased. My least favorite things are the magnets would benefit from being stronger. My spouse's least favorite thing is that they are not find point at all; it’s hard to write with clarity. Thankfully, the return is almost beyond easy, but I was disappointed overall.

Weak magnets, poor design.

Magnets are weak and design is poor. The magnets are built into the caps, with two caps on each marker, top and bottom. This would be a fine design if each magnet were strong enough to support the entire weight of the marker, however they're not. So, you must ensure that the caps are perfectly aligned so they can work in tandem, less your marker slowly slide down your whiteboard.

Let me be clear you have to do this every time you use a marker, it gets old quickly.

Also the markers must always be kept horizontally, so the ink is distributed to both sides of the marker.

If you have a tray for you markers and don't need the magnets and don't worry about their orientation, they'd be okay.

Magnet quality is lacking

I was pretty excited about these white board markers given that they would cut down on the number of actual markers while still giving me some variety, and I loved the attached magnet. While I was impressed with the quality of the marker as far as color and erasability, we have not even had these markers for a week and half of them have already lost their magnet. I had also hoped that I could keep the markers themselves on the fridge to leave more space on the whiteboard, however I found that the magnets were not strong enough to stay on the fridge.
As other viewers have mentioned these markers are not returnable, which is kind of frustrating. Especially since I don’t recall seeing any warning about this. I will probably end up super gluing the magnets back onto the markers since I can’t return, but I will not be purchasing this item again.

Impossible to remove from our dry erase board

I have no idea if they would have lasted a long time because we are throwing them in the garbage (apparently these can’t be returned). My toddler loves her dry erase board and these are IMPOSSIBLE to remove. This picture is after 4 hard scrubs with the Expo cleaner. I’ve ruined one dry erase eraser and that’s my kitchen towel that is stained with dry erase marker. It’ll eventually come off, but it requires A LOT of muscle. I ordered a new Expo market set. These aren’t worth it.

Magnet not strong enough

I’m surprised I was asked to view “ease to remove”. I need the magnet to be strong because not every board has the strongest magnet. I skipped those with only magnet dots and opted for this one and I am so disappointed! They don’t stay up on my kids magnetic dry erase board.

Two packs, one counterfeit?

I ordered two packs of these markers in the same order and received two that seemed to be the same product but were visually very different. I’m wondering if one of them is counterfeit, and if the bad reviews that people have written were for one style that you see in this picture. I had purchased these markers before and they are great, which is why I purchased again — the markers we have look like the ones in the dark gray package, not the light gray package. I also looked on the U Brands website and the markers (and packaging) pictured there look like the ones in the dark gray package. I contacted Amazon and they are sending me two new packs — I’m interested to see what these will look like!

These are great for the price. I love that they'e magnetic! The tips of the markers are finer than what I expected... but nothing to be upset about. The colors are very "deep" in a good way. I recommend and would buy again :)
UPDATE: I've since tried all colors -- they're not all as bold/deep as I had assumed (about 50/50). These are best for a small whiteboard calendar (not a larger board) as the marker tips are just too small to use for anything large. I would not purchase again.

Not for a small toddler

The price point is great and I would recommend for an adult or a kid 4+. However, I would not recommend it for a toddler smaller than that. You CANT wash the paint off no matter how fast you do it. Stain remover, a hot water doesnt help either. And because its double sided, which is great for adult, its just one more way to get dirty. Plus its way too hard to put the lids on, no matter how hard he tries.
