My dog got a kidney infection and relieved herself all over my hallway several times. My entire apartment smelled of urine. It was disgusting. When I got her well, I had professionals come and shampoo the carpet. The smell went away for about 3 days. Then it was back to smelling like a gross bathroom. I researched and found this product. I got on my hands and knees and scrubbed the entire hallway. I liked that I could just squeeze the bottle and the liquid would come out of the scrubber. I didn't have to stop and spray the liquid, I could just squeeze and scrub at the same time.

I really wasn't expecting this product to work as well as it did, but 2 weeks later and there is no smell. I even had friends smell my hallway and tell me if they smelled pee. None of them did!

I'm definitely going to keep this stuff handy for the rest of my life!

terrible do not buy

the chemical may be fine but the fact that it’s sold with a scrub head instead of a spray … i don’t know what to call thar other than moronic. i take partial responsibility as any laymen knows BLOT DONT RUB. i knew better when i bought the product but did anyway. don’t make my same mistake. instead of penetrating the stain like a spray nozzle would, the weird brush sponge head thing does exactly what people have known NOT to do forever - it spreads the stain and chemical around on top of the carpet fibers, making the problem area much bigger, fading the carpet color and completely failing to penetrate the stain. like i said the chemical may be fine, it’s effectiveness will always be a mystery to me because of the bottle it’s sold in. do yourself a favor and buy a spray.

Over a year old. The were small stains one the size of a quarter; the other dime sized. It’s important to follow the provided instructions to the letter. You can’t be lazy and just dump some liquid on the stain and scrub away; that half-assed effort yields unsatisfactory results. I am speaking from experience. Product also did a great job on a fresh dairy stain. There was no scent that I could distinguish. I have yet to use this product on a large stain that requires soaking. Will buy more

Overpriced but works

I've found that this is the best product for removing carpet stains, however I didn't notice a difference between the oxy-powered pet stain remover and the regular carbona stain remover. Also it's way over priced on Amazon, can definitely buy this at Safeway for $5.
