Elegant shot glass!

These make any ordinary drink look fancy! The double wall keeps beverages hot or cold while allowing you to handle them without burning yourself or condensing water drops on the surface you place them. Perfect for a shot of espresso or Matcha! Glass is an excellent material to show off the contents while being as good as porcelain for hot beverages. I don't expect them to survive any drops so I handle them with care. Easy to clean and very portable.

I have one at the office and when I drink water or tea out of it makes me look like an alcoholic drinking vodka or whiskey shots! Good for laughs too. Ha ha ha!

Cute glasses, but....

I bought them on 7/27 and by 7/29 one is broken. One slight bump and they are rolling off the machine. In my case I was pulling the filter basket off to bump and barely tipped the glass and it was gone. I have vinyl flooring with mega padding and it broke into a million pieces. If you are absolutely sure you will never bump these fragile pieces, go for it; however, if you aren't interested in pre-thinking every move you make, it may be best to find something a little more substantial. I do not recommend this product merely because it's fragile like Christmas ornament fragile.

These adorable little espresso cups are PERFECT for my new Nespresso machine. They are cool to the touch, but keep the espresso nice and warm. And they look great! And, when Amazon neglected to package then in the box with several other items I was receiving, the seller made it right by sending me a new pair right away. That's what I call excellent customer service, and I hope Amazon did right by him to reimburse him for their mistake.

I've always had the little stainless espresso cups come with my espresso machines, but the most recent machine that I bought did not have them. I looked and looked, and couldn't find any, but I found these, and I love them!! I think what I like most is that you can see the coffee as it drips down into the cups. It's a beautiful sight, that crema. These cups have a tempered glass, and there is a space between the inside and outside, so you honestly don't feel any of the heat from the coffee at all. They're perfect, and look nice sitting on the espresso machine when not in use.

I was hesitant to buy these as so many people seemed to complain about how fragile these were, but I've not had an issue with these after maybe a hundred uses.

I've always hand washed; never put in the dishwasher. These are frankly, some of the easiest glasses to hand wash that you'll ever own, and seem sturdy enough for their purpose. They also hold their heat incredibly well. Tasted as hot after 5-10 minutes as the first sip, and honestly, if it takes you longer than that to drink an espresso, then I don't know what to tell ya.

Was previously using single walled cups and shot-glasses for my espressos. All of them get hot and difficult to handle. These double walled glasses are a nice upgrade to my espresso setup. I hesitated to buy these at $11 for 2 cups, but they have been good investment. I can see myself using these glasses for a long time as long as I don't drop or break them. My fingertips thank me and I no longer risk dropping a shot that's too hot to handle.
Small enough to fit under the original De'Longhi EC155 portafilter. Just angle the cup past the two ports and it'll sit upright for the shot.

Love these cups so far. Well-packaged in the box, light-weight, they're easy to grasp, and comfortably hold a double shot with even a little frothed milk on top. Neat to drink from with the lip of the cups curling out a little. Will see how they hold up over time. They appear to be some kind of tempered plastic but I like this, no chipping or breaking.

fragile but great customer service

Liked the look of these but one broke literally from tipping over in the sink after first use… the exterior glass on the bottom is EXTREMELY fragile so be careful when cleaning - that being said the company reached out and is very kindly sending me a replacement piece so I can’t complain.

As far as use for an espresso machine if your machine runs a little over 2 oz for a double shot you will have some spillage in the catch drain.

I tested in the dishwasher and it did not damage them, I would recommend keeping them isolated though and away from other items if you’re going to run them through the dishwasher.

5 stars for good customer service and them doing the right thing.

My wife loves these cups. They keep the espresso hot and you can see the level of the crema as the shot is drawn. And they are beautiful and so far proven to be sturdy. Personally I remain traditional and like the old espresso cups which taper down and are thick. However, these latter work best in a traditional bar where the espresso machine is on all day and the cups are kept warm on top of the machine. With the double walled cups the air gap keeps the espresso from going cold. So score one for these at home.

Very attractive shotglasses

I've purchased two sets now. They're great looking shotglasses that I've used for both liquor and espresso. They can be cleaned by hand in seconds. I haven't put them through the wash because nothing seems to stick to them.

They're very fragile. The glass is hard and brittle and it breaks into very sharp shards. Borosilicate glass does that. I knocked one off the counter and ordered a second set this week.

They appear to have changed the design in the past few months. The new set is almost identical but they seem to be thicker glass than the first set, most noticeably by the rim.

I'll keep buying them even if I keep breaking them. I like them that much.
