My special needs daughter is very rough to her ipads/tablets/phones so we always purchased protection plan (squaretrade) for each of her device. Her devices got broken screen pretty often, and had other issues too. SquareTrade fixed them with completely no addition charge and free shipping. We have been using squaretrade for more than 6 yrs
Note: this is 2nd claim on the same iphone device of the year (we purchased the device/plan on April this year). Squaretrade handled our claims very well.

They will not honor your warranty. they've given us the runaround for 6 months now. I cant believe this is on amazon. walmart.com seems to be looking better and better.
