I've been using these bags for a couple of years now and love them--they're strong and seal the odor when tied shut. I always buy the unscented ones because I hate the fake air-freshener scent. I went to their website to see if they are biodegradable and found this answer: "Our green-colored bags contain an EPI additive which helps them to break down, unlike traditional plastic bags. A similar technology is used in most dog waste bags labeled as “biodegradable” however, due to the updated U.S. Federal Trade Commission regulations, as applied to our industry regarding biodegradable labeling standards, we are unaware of any bag manufacturer that meets the requirements for biodegradable dog waste bags that ensure degradation in a landfill environment within the one year time frame required by the FTC."

I ordered unscented bags, sadly they are scented

I’ve been ordering the unscented bags for the past couple of years. I have always been pleased with these bags until I received my most recent order. I ordered the unscented bags and the packaging states that they are unscented. Sadly, they are scented/perfumed. I am sensitive to chemical scents. The scent isn’t lavender either. Just a heads up in case they have changed their bags.

These are dog bags. These are supposed to be biodegradable and that was my primary reason for purchasing them as this is important to me personally. When left in the sun, they certainly do fall apart after a time so I believe they are biodegradable as stated.

I have tried both the lavender and non-scented variety. Both are great, and actually the lavender scent is pretty mild. I have never had a issue with breaks or tears unless this is dragged on concrete (hey sometimes that happens). So these bags are pretty rugged. A great product.

Love these bags!!! Unscented and strong. Easy to rip off in a hurry and individual bags fold up easily in your pocket. Big enough to get multiple pick-ups in one bag when cleaning the yard. I even like the earthy green color. Will definitely buy again.

Bags are big and thick so I can pick up my lab/shepherd mix’s (80 lbs) piles easily and no worries about breakage. Sometimes I can even fit two piles in one bag! (I have 3 dogs). Best poop bags I’ve found. Definitely recommend…unless you have a miniature breed. I sometimes feel bad using these bags for such a tiny poop! ;)
